What makes Cheeky Pants Incontinence Pads special?
Comfortable: These washable panty liners for incontinence are specially developed so the pad stays flat, minimising run-off. Slightly wider to the rear of the pad, this is reversible for those who spend the majority of their time sitting or lying down. Wear label side down, towards pants.
Dry: Brushed cotton top means quick absorption, naturally breathable material against the skin. Cotton core prevents compression leaks, trapping moisture between layers also, maximising capacity without bulk.
Easy: Tab grip means opening poppers is easy, even if you suffer from grip issues.
Odour control: Charcoal impregnated to keep help smells in check.
Anti-Leak : Hidden waterproof layer with non-wick wings, means maximum protection against leaks
I normally use disposable incontinence pads. Why should I switch to reusable?
Disposable period and incontinence products contain a lot of chemicals, dioxins and gels to make them more absorbent. We understand that switching to washable pads might seem a bit of a faff, but using cloth pad protection is both more comfortable, and much more absorbent. Wetness is drawn into the pad, leaving you feeling fresh for longer. PLUS, using reusable incontinence pads will cost a fraction of what you pay for disposables and will vastly reduce the amount sent to landfill!

What's the story behind Cheeky Incontinence Pads?
Team Cheeky recruited a specialist in continence to help develop our range of reusable incontinence pads. Penny Broderick is been a long time environmental activist, starting the UK Cloth Nappy Library Network back in 2008, encouraging the use of cloth nappies. However in 2010 her autoimmune diseases took a downwards trend and she found herself dealing with incontinence. At the time, the only reusable pads available weren’t suitable so over two years she designed pads to be high capacity but trim. They were specially shaped for continence rather than menstrual use, containing bamboo charcoal fleece to reduce odours, with non-wick wings to prevent damp thighs and chafing.
Penny also suffers with arthritis, so a tab was added for easier unsnapping of the pads, with different size settings for different knicker styles. Over 100 testers from an incontinence support group tested the pads, ensuring the best balance of capacity / absorption / fit. Penny originally sold these via her own website Minivivi, however hand-making the pads on demand, whilst being ill proved a struggle. Penny reached out to Team Cheeky and together we are proud to present our collaboration.
